  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak cubes to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Stir and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak (sliced thinly)
